At Skin Cupid, we want you to be completely satisfied with your K-Beauty and J-Beauty finds, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on skincare or cosmetic items that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Securely pack the unused items in their original box, ensuring all protective seals are intact and the product is well-protected for transit.

  Send your package to our returns center using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during the return journey.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
